Exercising and maintaining physical wellness is important for everyone, model or not. It is beneficial for health, longevity, stamina, mood, and more! I understand that it can be hard to fit the gym into your schedule, so bring the gym to you at home. I will show you a variety of bodyweight exercises you can alternate and modify according to your fitness level.

  • Side Lunges

  • Forward Lunges

  • Spider-man Mountain Climbers

  • Donkey Kicks

  • Single-leg Glute Bridges

  • Push-Ups

  • Alternate Push-Ups

  • Lateral Plank Walks

  • Plank-Ups

  • Hip Bridges

  • Bicycle Crunches

  • Mountain Climbers

  • Sit-Ups to Twists

These are all great exercises, targeting every major muscle group. You can create a circuit with these exercises to really up the intensity! Circuit training is an effective way to increase both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. A circuit workout consists of a series of exercises performed one right after the other with little or no rest in between.



Remember to stay hydrated! Water fuels your muscles and prevents cramping. It also replenishes your body's energy. With water, your physical and mental performance will be better.
